StaffUpp is a professional marketplace connecting companies with qualified event professionals. These Community Guidelines define the standards of behaviour expected from all users and help ensure a safe, respectful and reliable environment for everyone. By using the platform, all users agree to follow these Guidelines.
All users must treat others with professionalism, courtesy and respect. The following behaviours are prohibited:
Companies and staff members are expected to behave professionally throughout the booking process and during the assignment. Users should:

Users may not use StaffUpp to identify another user and then complete the transaction outside the platform in order to avoid platform fees. Examples include:

Users must not attend assignments while under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs. Companies may refuse access where safety or professionalism is compromised.

Users are encouraged to report behaviour that violates these Guidelines. Reports should be truthful and supported by available evidence. False or malicious reports may themselves constitute a breach.
Where these Guidelines are breached, StaffUpp may, at its sole discretion:

StaffUpp may amend these Community Guidelines from time to time. The latest version will always be available on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Guidelines.
