StaffUpp is not an employer, recruitment agency or sponsor. Staff engage with Companies as independent freelancers. Nothing on the platform creates an employment, agency or partnership relationship between StaffUpp and any user.
While profiles may include experience, languages and documents, StaffUpp does not independently guarantee the accuracy of all user-provided information or the suitability of any Staff member for a particular job. Companies are responsible for their own due diligence, including checking that Staff hold any required work authorisation.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that bookings, income or results will be achieved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StaffUpp is not responsible for the conduct of any user, the quality or safety of any job, non-payment, no-shows, or any loss arising from connections made through the platform.
