Create a company profile, add a payment method, and post a job describing your event staffing needs — role, skills, languages, dates, and location. You'll be matched with verified staff; review them, invite proposals or accept applications, then accept the best proposal to confirm and pay.
Yes. You add a card once in your account settings, and it's required before posting a job so any booking can always be paid.
You're charged when you accept a staff member's proposal. You'll see a clear breakdown first — the staff member's rate plus a small StaffUpp service fee — and the total that will be charged to your card.
Your payment is held securely after you accept, and only released to the staff member once you mark the job as done.

StaffUpp charges a 18% service fee, added on top of the staff member's rate. It's always shown in the breakdown before you pay, so there are no surprises.

Create your profile, add your payout details (IBAN), and complete your profile so companies can find you. You'll get matched to jobs and can also apply directly, then submit a proposal with your price and availability.
Your profile becomes visible in search once you've added your payout details (IBAN). Add them in your Payout Details section and you'll start appearing in results.
When a company marks your job as done, StaffUpp transfers your full quoted rate to your UAE bank account (IBAN).
No. You just need a UAE bank account (IBAN) — StaffUpp handles the payment and pays you directly.
No — you keep 100% of your quoted rate. The platform's service fee is paid by the company, on top of your rate, and is never taken from you.

The company pays by card when they accept a proposal. StaffUpp holds the payment securely until the job is completed, then releases the staff member's share to their bank account.

Yes. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a leading global payment provider, and your card details are never stored by StaffUpp.
Staff are paid by direct bank transfer to their UAE bank account (IBAN) after the job is completed.
Payments are made in AED.
